Who is kp aligned yoga?
Hi, I'm Kerry!
I'm a 200 hours certified çyoga teacher with a passion for helping you to find more balance.
During the day I work as a Data Engineer and I find it incredibly difficult to switch off and relax, especially when working from home. Yoga has been in my life for over a decade now and combined with mindfulness I find these practices to be incredible tools to reduce stress & anxiety, check-in with myself and my improve my overall health & wellbeing.
I would love to help you to find a sustainable practice that works for you and your body. I teach Morning Zoom yoga classes Mondays & Wednesdays and a weekly Vinyasa Flow classes. I also have an on-demand video library where you can practice at home at your own pace.
