Classes
Wake Up & Flow
These 30-minute morning zoom classes are perfect if you work from home or want some gentle movement to start your day. They are suitable for everyone, with the option to practice using a chair.
Vinyasa Flow
Weekly energising practices within a small group class. We typically start with breathwork before moving through a sequence of asana and ending with savasana and guided meditation.
These sessions are suitable for all levels, however I would recommend my Introduction to Yoga course if you are new to yoga. This course will help you to familiarise yourself with the movements and practices and build your confidence so you can begin your yoga journey!

World Mental Health Day
In October, as part of the World Mental Health Day Sessions at Knowledge Quarter Liverpool, I held a gentle lunchtime yoga class. These events were encouraging workplace wellbeing and during class we explored connecting with the breath and body during a busy work day to release stress and refocus our minds.

Do you want to increase your strength, flexibility & connect with your breath while you wait for the kettle to boil?
This 15-day challenge introduces gentle daily movements focusing on a different area of the body that you can fit around your day.After 2 weeks you will have videos of 10 sets of movements, 4 yoga flows and 1 meditation that you can come back to whenever you need.

Hi, I'm Kerry!
I'm a 200 hours certified çyoga teacher with a passion for helping you to find more balance.
During the day I work as a Data Engineer and I find it incredibly difficult to switch off and relax, especially when working from home. Yoga has been in my life for over a decade now and combined with mindfulness I find these practices to be incredible tools to reduce stress & anxiety, check-in with myself and my improve my overall health & wellbeing.
I would love to help you to find a sustainable practice that works for you and your body. I teach Morning Zoom yoga classes Mondays & Wednesdays and a weekly Vinyasa Flow classes. I also have an on-demand video library where you can practice at home at your own pace.
