What will the course cover?
During the 6-weeks together we will explore the fundamentals of a balanced yoga practice including:
💜 Postures (asana)
💜 Breathwork (pranayama)
💜 Meditation
💜 How to practice yoga off the mat
By the end of the course you will be familiar with the key yoga postures & sequences and experience the calming benefits of yoga. You will learn the foundations to continue your own yoga journey and gain the confidence to attend classes or practice at home.

The course will be 6 weeks of 1 hour classes.
When? Mondays 6-7pm, starting Monday 25th September.
